Study local species through interactive design at Prospect Park
As international students, we share the common experience of relocating to foreign countries in pursuit of varied goals, which gradually blurs our notion of "home." Our sense of belonging evolves as we mature and live in different places. Intriguingly, despite vast cultural differences, we find a universal sense of belonging in nature.
In this installation, my partner Chenyi and I aim to capture the dynamic changes in nature using a blend of sound, visuals, and sculpture. By employing techniques in sound making, physical computing, painting, and AI tools, we strive to provide an immersive experience that allows the audience to feel the tranquility of nature amidst the changing seasons.
